REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

1. RETURN WINDOW AND ELIGIBILITY We offer a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. RETURN SHIPPING AND PROCESS To start a return, you must contact us at Japansourced@proton.me. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is solely responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Designated Return Address: Items must be sent to our designated physical address: 1 VALE CRESCENT SW15 3PJ. Do not ship items back to the manufacturer or the address listed on the original shipping label; returns sent directly to our suppliers will not be processed or refunded.

  • Unsolicited Returns: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at Japansourced@proton.me if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You will be required to provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damage or defect before a replacement or refund is issued.

4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS / EXCEPTIONS Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

5. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The customer remains responsible for return shipping costs.

6. REFUNDS We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1-30 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
