SHIPPING POLICY
1. ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 0-99 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. SHIPPING ORIGIN AND SPLIT SHIPMENTS
To provide you with the best pricing, we partner with global merchants and artisans. Your order may be fulfilled by a third-party supplier and shipped directly from an international warehouse. If your order contains multiple items, they may be dispatched separately and arrive in multiple packages on different dates.
3. SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

We are not liable for deliveries delayed by postal carriers, weather events, or customs inspections.
4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES
All international orders, including those shipped into the United States and the European Union, are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). JapanSourced is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, customs clearance fees) are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a package is returned to us due to unpaid duties, we will not issue a refund for the shipping costs.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active when given
6. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
JapanSourced is not liable for any products lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing.
7. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address entered at checkout is accurate and complete. If a package is returned to us or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer,JapanSourced is not responsible for issuing a refund or sending a free replacement.
